Free student tickets are available to many world-class performances at the Center for the Arts.

There are endless ways to engage with the Mason Nation: Enjoy concerts, comedians, and other special events, catch a film on campus—tickets are free, and so is the popcorn.

Life after you close the books.

Support your fellow students at a dance gala or music performance. Catch a Patriots game at the EagleBank Arena. Have a spontaneous game of Frisbee on the lawn or do the unthinkable—laundry!

Sharing events that bring us together.

Next stop: D.C.

It’s a great place to intern and gain valuable experience and connections outside the classroom—and a great place to explore and hang out on the weekends. Besides the monuments and museums, Washington, D.C. is experiencing a renaissance as the capital of cool. There are lots of new coffee shops, music venues, stores, lounges, galleries and affordable places to grab a bite (soup dumplings anyone?) cropping up every day in neighborhoods all around the city. The people-watching alone is worth the trip!

Getting around.

Hitch a ride on the ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ shuttles. Rides are free with your ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ student ID. Take it to the Metro, Fair Oaks Mall, Fair Lakes Center, Fairfax Corner, University Mall and Mason’s Science and Technology Campus in Prince William County. .

If you drive and need , there are plenty of options, and we wouldn’t want you to get a ticket.
